Refund Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
1. What you buy
A paid plan is 30 days of access to digital content. It opens the readings for your account immediately after the payment is confirmed, and they can be read in full straight away. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: nothing renews automatically.
2. Payments are not refunded once access has opened
Because access is delivered in full at once, we do not refund a payment after access has been opened, including for days you have not used.
In some countries, including the European Union and the United Kingdom, online purchases can normally be cancelled within 14 days. That right ends for digital content once delivery has started with your consent. Before paying you tick a box to confirm that you want immediate access and understand that you lose this right. Payment does not start without that confirmation.
3. When we do refund
- You were charged more than once for the same plan.
- You were charged, but access did not open and we could not fix it within 3 business days of your message.
- We shut the service down while you had paid access: we refund the part of your payment for the days that were left.
If you see a payment you did not make, write to us and contact your bank or card issuer.
4. How to ask
Write to support@numerologymatrix.org from the email address of your account within 14 days of the payment, with the date and the amount. We reply within 3 business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method; the bank may take up to 10 business days to show it.
5. Payment provider
If a payment is processed by a provider that acts as the seller of record, that provider's refund terms apply as well.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
