Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers Numerology Matrix at numerologymatrix.org. For any privacy question or request, write to support@numerologymatrix.org.

2. What we do not keep

The dates of birth and names you type into the calculators are sent to our server only to calculate the result. They are not saved in our database.

3. What we collect and why

• Account: your email address, display name, the sign-in method you chose (email code or Google) and the dates your account was created and last used. We need this to sign you in and to keep your purchases attached to you.
• Sign-in codes: when you ask for a code, we keep the code, your email address and your IP address until the code expires, and a record of the request (email address and IP address) for up to one hour. This protects the sign-in from abuse.
• Purchases: the plan, the amount, the payment status, the date your access ends, the payment provider's reference and the time you confirmed consent to immediate access. We need this to open your access for the period you paid for and to record the terms of the purchase. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
• Messages: when you write through the feedback or contact form, we keep your name, email address and message so that we can reply.
• Technical data: your IP address is used to limit how often requests can be made. Our web server may also keep standard logs (IP address, time, page requested) for a limited period for security.

4. Cookies and analytics

• A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, for up to 7 days.
• A language cookie that remembers the language you chose, for up to one year.

We do not use advertising cookies.

To count visits and actions on the site (pages opened, calculations made, buttons pressed) we use our own analytics, hosted on our server. It works without cookies, builds no advertising profiles, and receives visit data in anonymised form: the page, the referring site, the browser, the device type and the country. Dates of birth and names are never sent to it.

5. Who processes data for us

• Our hosting provider, which runs the servers.
• An email delivery service, which sends sign-in codes.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• The payment provider, when you make a payment. If it acts as the seller, it handles payment data on its own account, under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep data

• Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.
• Sign-in codes: until they expire. Request records: up to one hour.
• Purchase records: for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
• Messages: until your request is resolved, and for a reasonable period afterwards.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it together with your account, or to stop using it. Write to support@numerologymatrix.org from the email address of your account. We answer within 30 days. If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Age

The site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
